Reveal Insight, LLC assists attorneys in personal injury claims from the intake interview and meritorious review through trial.  Our legal nurse consultant uses knowledge gained as an experienced clinical practitioner to assist the attorney in understanding the medical issues that pertain to their case.  The legal nurse consultant will prepare a report outlining the events leading up to and including the alleged incident as well as the follow-up treatment of the plaintiff.

Our legal nurse consultant assists the attorney in determining liability, causation, and damages by

• Reviewing and analyzing records and documents

• Analyzing and evaluating treatment plan
