In the medical review process and preparation of the work product medical terminology definitions are included through

• Narrative parenthetical entries

• Footnotes or

• Alphabetical list

This allows the information to be readily available to the attorney and the legal team to use as a “medical dictionary” specific to the case.  Updates provided as more records reviewed.
