This service utilizes the clinical experience and knowledge of the legal nurse consultant to review and correlate the statements with the medical issues to identify

• Discrepancies between the medical record and medical billing regarding:

• Treatments

• Medications

• Equipment

• Testing

• Procedures

• Surgeries

• Missing documents

• Pre-existing conditions

• Pertinent unknown healthcare providers

• The monetary value of the alleged damages and injuries

• Omitted testing appropriate for condition or illness or injury identified

Our legal nurse consultant will utilize her medical knowledge and clinical experience to review and analyze the medical records and billing statements and correlate the data to identify inconsistencies. 

A report summarizing the findings is prepared.
