3. Assisting the attorney in interviewing their clients, key witnesses, and expert witnesses

This service is designed to assist the attorney and legal staff in drafting interview questions prior to meeting with the client or witness.  Pre-interview questions are provided to the attorney in writing for review prior to the interview.  During the interview appointment, supplemental questions are provided as information is obtained from the interviewee. 

This service utilizes the knowledge and clinical experience of the legal nurse consultant to identify information that requires further questioning to ascertain pertinent facts and information.  Having an experienced medical professional present at the interview will decrease the need for repeat interview sessions with the interviewee.
