2. Reviewing and analyzing medical records

This service will generate a concise summary/chronological report identifying pertinent medical events or medical reports that substantiate or refute the allegations that are the basis of the lawsuit. This service will identify, but is not limited to, the following medical events or medical reports:

• Tests

• Procedures

• Medical history

• Previous treatments

• Past medical treatments

• Contributing factors

• Pre-existing conditions

• Missing documents

• Unknown healthcare providers

During the review and analysis process, the medical issues will be correlated with each other and the alleged injury. 

A report summarizing the medical records is prepared.
