18. Drafting deposition digests to review, analyze and compare with medical records

This service utilizes the experience of the legal nurse consultant in reviewing and preparing a summary of the deponent’s responses.  The purpose of this service is to

• Identify inconsistencies

• Compare deposition with the medical records and other pertinent documents

• Prepare a report to outline the inconsistencies noted

• Assist in determining if they will affect the case

• Assist in developing a plan to handle the inconsistencies
