This service utilizes the experience of the legal nurse consultant in reviewing and preparing a summary of the expert witness(s) reports, depositions, and published materials.   The purpose of this service is to

• Identify inconsistencies

• Present them to the attorney

• Assist in determining if the inconsistencies will affect the case and

• Develop a plan to handle the inconsistencies.   

The legal nurse consultant will also review, analyze, and compare reports drafted by plaintiff and defense expert witnesses to identify similarities and differences in their opinions.

 A report summarizing the findings is prepared and updated as additional documentation becomes available.
