15. Identifying missing documents, other pertinent records and

tangible items

This service to identify all healthcare providers and obtain copies of missing records, records normally not included in standard request of medical records, and tangible items pertinent to issues in the lawsuit.  An update of this list, completed on an ongoing basis during the review and analysis process, is forwarded to the attorney to expedite request of the missing documents.
