14. Identifying and recommending potential defendants

This service is to identify and provide a list of names of potential defendants not previously known.  This service reviews documents where additional defendants could be disclosed such as medical records, as well as aids the efforts of the legal team to obtain copies of necessary documents as soon as possible.

The list of potential defendants is provided to the client as soon as identified and updated as needed, to initiate requests for records as quickly as possible.
