10. Assisting the legal team with drafting and reviewing interrogatories

This service utilizes the legal nurse consultant’s knowledge and expertise to identify and draft questions that illicit as much pertinent information as possible from party(s) in the lawsuit.  Through review of pre-structured interrogatories and the medical records, pertinent questions will be prepared utilizing specific dates, times, names, and facts in the case to develop succinct interrogatories.

This service provides a review of the responses to submitted interrogatories once received from opposing counsel.  The legal nurse consultant will also review the responses the attorney’s client provides for the interrogatories submitted by opposing counsel for accuracy and completeness.
